Get Fit in Pantyhose 1: Bowling

First of occasional series about getting fit in pantyhose.  Just the thing after over eating at Christmas.

But why keep your pantyhose on whilst exercising?  'Cos you always want to look your best.

Anyway No 1 bowling


Perhaps the pantyhose will let you do that special slide technique before releasing the ball.

Of course you could slip over.  But think of bowling whilst hosed up and in your stocking feet as a protest against 'ealth and safety.  Anyway some cute guy might pick you up when you slip over.
